Basic information about Austria, Vienna, Individual Land, geografy, Selected chapters from the history of Austria, Political system Rakouka, Education Austria, population of Austria Austrian economy, Migration and Foreigners in Austria, The status of women in Austria. Austria and the European Union.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of cultural studies seminars in addition to strengthening Austria's speech and language skills means of providing information and knowledge about the Land of Austria. After completing the course, students should be able to: - identify basic factual information concerning the life of Austrian society - enumerate and characterize the specifics of the Länder - explain the importance of events relating to the history of the territory of present-day Austria - Demonstrate knowledge of the charged field of education, industry, agriculture - characterize the political system Austria - explain the importance of holidays and traditions in Austria in comparison with the Czech Republic - identify the linguistic peculiarities of Austrian German - demonstrate knowledge of basic issues of life of migrants in Austria
Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the geography , history , education, and contemporary life of Austrian society.

|
Mastering about German speaking countries at the level of grammar. Active knowledge of the German language.
