Course content
|
Early foreign language teaching, development of individual language skills with regard to the age category of pupils of younger school age. Methods and approaches applied in teaching foreign language at the first stage of primary school. Appropriate organisational forms in foreign language teaching. Motivation of children at an early age to learn a foreign language. Songs in foreign language teaching at primary school level 1. Teaching materials and aids for early foreign language teaching. Creating your own teaching materials, activities and aids for initial foreign language learning. Submission of a portfolio of required activities as a condition of discharge. Online/online teaching.

Learning outcomes
|
Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: - define and clarify basic terminology in the field of didactics and methodology of foreign language teaching, - know the basic organisational forms suitable for foreign language teaching, - acquire an awareness of the possibilities of developing motivation in foreign language teaching. - Characterize and develop all 4 language skills, - be able to create activities for the development of language skills in initial foreign language teaching, - be able to didactically develop foreign language songs for initial foreign language learning, - gain an awareness of the possibilities of using modern information technology in foreign language teaching.
Students are familiar with the basic terminology of didactics and methodology of foreign language. The student is able , on the basis of acquired knowledge to actively communicate , discuss and argue the thematic lines defined seminar.

Prerequisites
|
Active knowledge of German language, communication skills and creative thinking. An active approach to teaching students. Performance continuously given tasks.

Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio
The submission of a portfolio of required activities is a condition for discharge.
