Learning outcomes

Student will be able to explain the basic syntactic concepts and theories of the German conjunctions. Student describes the different types of conjunctions and sentences. Student understands the principles of sentence elements, time context and sentence negation. Student can handle the practical aspects of syntax, ie. using rules learned in practical exercises.

Mark, Oral exam, Written exam, Student performance, Analysis of linguistic

Active participation in class. Elaboration of given tasks. 80% presence in seminars. Completion of final test (70% = passing). Oral exam after passing the test.
