Course content
- Definition of the morpheme - Word building resources - Formation of a noun: composition, derivation, augmentation, diminutivation - Formation of verbs: composition,derivation - Formation of words with an adjective

Learning outcomes
The seminar deals with slovotvornými processes in German (primary and secondary word formation). Emphasis is placed on composition and derivation of nouns and verbs
Orientation in German word-formative processes (both primary and secondary). Accent is placed on compounding and derivation of nouns and verbs.
Prerequisites
The student is able to discuss and respond in German language in the course.
