Course content
|
Basic concepts in the theory of probability. Random phenomena, independent, dependent phenomena. Rules for summing and multiplying probabilities. Random variable and its distribution. Normal distribution and its properties. Random selection and the basics of statistical inference.

The aim of this subject is introduction of combinatorics and main part of theory of probability. Next subject i salso the main part of statistics.

|
Mark
To obtain the credits students must: attend actively the turorial and pass the writing test (60 %). For passing the exam they have to demostrate their knowledge and skills in writing and oral way.
