Learning outcomes |
Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: conduct an independent choir rehearsal, be able to sing a chorus, rehearse a folk song, an art song with accompaniment, or an a capella piece of intermediate difficulty, analyse and eliminate errors that may occur during the choir rehearsal, independently prepare and perform a public performance with the choir. Topics: Rehearsal and performance of the canon, rehearsal and performance of a cappella multi-part composition, rehearsal and performance of multi-part composition with instrumental accompaniment, stylistic interpretation of folk song, stylistic interpretation of classical music, stylistic interpretation of popular music, jazz and musical theatre, dramaturgy of performances with different focuses, behaviour on stage.
