Course content
Topics: Prevention and its types. Risk factors of lifestyle. Development of risk factors. Alcohol. Drugs. Smoking. Lack of movement. Nutrition. The subject is designed in such a way that experts will be invited to work on a variety of topics - eg with the NHS, Regional Hygiene Centers, etc., who will be able to familiarize students with the given problems and their solutions in practice. The lessons can be delivered as part of the Health Day and Christmas and Health events

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
After completing the course students should be able to: - to characterize prevention and its species, - define lifestyle risk factors, - interpret the development of risk factors, - respond to the presentation of knowledge from practitioners, - actively engage and discuss with teaching practitioners, - Analyze risk factors - alcohol, drugs, smoking, lack of movement, and inappropriate nutrition.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Active involvement of the student in teaching / lectures with a specialist on the topic Topics for long tasks (seminar works): Each student prepares the subject for the chosen lifestyle risk factor and his / her prevention, and handles the work in the LMS Unifor system at least a week before the credit can be awarded. Controlling and evaluating the individual work by the tutor is a prerequisite for the possibility of passing the final test and then granting the credit.
