Problematics of formulation of a diploma thesis objective and hypothesis (or of the research section of the thesis). Choice of diploma thesis methods. Realization of a diploma thesis and its elaboration. Working with literature and other sources. Citing the literary and other sources for a diploma thesis. Working with research results. Processing the research results of a diploma thesis through statistics. Analysis, synthesis, and comparison of a diploma thesis results. Formal requirements on the elaboration of a diploma thesis. Diploma thesis opponency. Answers and questions of the students. Solving the problems with diploma thesis elaboration.

After passing the course, students should be able to: - Specify the prerequisites for an elaboration of the research section of a diploma thesis, - Clarify the rules for choosing a method for diploma thesis elaboration, - Describe the methods of data analysis, - Interpret correctly and pragmatically the results obtained during the diploma thesis elaboration, - Realize a comparison and synthesis of the data obtained and of the diploma thesis results.
Students can elaborate their diploma thesis according to the requirements. |
