The title of the screened movie will always be announced in advance.

There will be screened films on literature, history, arts and background of the English speaking countries which are supposed to develop students´ knowledge not only of the topics mentioned above, but also their language skills. At the end of the term students will write short reviews on chosen films.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Essay
Attendance: 80% attendance for full-time students (70% attendance for individual study plan students; individual arrangements are likely but exceptional). Submission of an English essay comprising 100-150 words based on a screened movie. This is supposed to reflect YOUR OWN OPINION, just a plot summary is not acceptable. Essays based on other (unnamed) sources will be regarded as plagiarism, which is strongly prohibited and you may be refused the credit.
