Course content
Explanation of basic terminology. Risk factors of working (for example chemical agents, biological agents, allergens, local muscle strain, neuropsychological strain, noise, dust, vibration, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation) and their influence on health status are closely evaluated. The list of occupational diseases, regulations for reporting occupational disseases, compensations, the most commonly accepted occupational diseases. Occupatinal medical preventive care for empolyees. Model situations will be demonstrated.

Learning outcomes
Risk factors of working and their influence on health status are closely evaluated. The student will become acquainted with the most common dangers to health at work, their incidence, diagnostics, assessment, and prevention. Model situations will be demonstrated.
The student will be able to implement their gained knowledge into a diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative approach.
