Learning outcomes |
Student will get acquainted with basis of new, dynamically-developing discipline, in which immunology meets the clinical aspects of musculoskeletal disorders. After introductory review of theoretical aspects, clinical specialists will discuss applications into diagnostics and treatment of socioeconomically important disease such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, tumour osteolysis etc.), and complications of therapy such as osteolysis after total joint arthroplasties.
Graduates should be able to involve osteoimmunological approaches into the care about musculoskeletal diseases. Knowledge of methodology and analytical aspects is applicable in postgradual study and also in pregradual research practice. |
