Course content
|
Basics of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The main drug groups used in intensive medicine. Intravenous application and compensation in intensive medicine. Parenterals - administration of infusion and correction of disorders of the internal environment. Pharmacotherapy of disorders of vital functions - vasopressors, cardiotonics, antihypertensives, glucocorticoids. General and local anesthetics during pregnancy, obstetric analgesia. Pharmacotherapy of gynecological infections - antibiotics, antimycotics.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to consolidate existing knowledge and practical experience of Basic Pharmacology.
The student knows and orients oneself in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, knows how to educate patients and relatives in pharmacology, be able to explain and apply knowledge of general pharmacology in studying specific pharmacotherapy in internal and intensive care.
