The course is theoretical and practical. Students are introduced to the rudiments of modetn management in material and HR, creating strategies for quality management in healthcare facilities and social care. Students learn about the theory of quality management, methodology to ensure standards of nursing care and audits. In health and economy, the course provides an overview of key areas. Students learn about the costs cover and reimbursement, about healthcare business and economic aspcts of enterpreneurship in healthcare.
