Learning outcomes
|
The total scope of the subject is 27 hours, of which 7 are contact hours and 20 are non-contact hours. The aim of the subject is to introduce students to the basic issues of medical documentation, to acquaint them with its legal character, the obligations imposed by law in the management of medical documentation. Content, method of recording and corrections in documentation, forms of documentation management, storage and access rights to patient documentation. The main task of this discipline is to teach students to work with medical documentation in relation to ensuring the quality of population health care.
