Course content
The course is - characterization of basic concepts , the meaning of EBP for nursing roles and responsibilities of a nurse , barriers Utilization of EBP in nursing theory and practice - EBP process : a critical approach to practice , formulation of clinical questions (PICO format ), a systematic search for the available evidence, critical appraisal of the evidence found , the application of evidence ( results) into clinical practice , clinical balance sheet, the result of implementation of evidence evaluation (performance) - training of practical application of the steps in solving model clinical situations students. The total number of teaching hours is 26 hours, of which 12 are contact and 14 non-contact.

Learning outcomes
The subject is designed as a theoretical-practical one, and its outputs can be used in all other nursing subjects. It directs students to the development of critical thinking - evaluation and solution of clinical situations of individual patients with regard to available, scientifically based evidence aimed at quality nursing care. An integral part is strengthening the knowledge and skills of students in the field of communication in the English language and in the field of electronic databases.
Students will study after graduation discipline capable of providing quality nursing care based on verifiable evidence. Students will be able to meet the high quality scientific research role of nurses.

Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Analysis of Activities ( Technical works), Dialog, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminars and exercises, preparation of a seminar paper: Use of EBP in solving model clinical situations in nursing care. Compulsory participation in the exercise.
