Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as a theoretical and practical. It provides information on the guidance of students 'and pupils' practices by a child nurse in the framework of their qualification training. It introduces the conditions for the implementation of practical training in the nursing unit, the requirements for a mentor, his professional and pedagogical education, personality traits, practical experience. It presents the basics of general pedagogy, didactics and methodology of practical teaching. It introduces organizational forms of teaching and teaching methods with emphasis on methods supporting critical thinking of students and interactive teaching. It deals with pedagogical diagnostics of pupils and students, work with the curriculum, study plans and syllabi. It introduces the requirements for documenting practical teaching and professional practice.
Po absolvování předmětu bude student schopen porozumět a aplikovat získané znalosti a dovednosti ohledně problematiky vedení klinické praxe v ošetřovatelské praxi.
