The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the meaning and content of the educational role of a child nurse. Introduce conditions, processes, forms and methods of education. Distinguish the target groups of education. Explain the education design algorithm. During practical exercises to teach students to create projects for a specific target group of clients. To get acquainted with the difficulties of creation - language problems, with the principles of creation and authorial conditions. Draw attention to the problems of teamwork and technical implementation. After creating an educational support, students will implement an educational lesson at the patient's bedside in a medical facility. Emphasis will also be placed on the cooperation of the child's parent (legal guardian) in education.
After completing the course, the student is able to understand the meaning and purpose of the educational process and its application in clinical nursing practice.
