Learning outcomes
|
The course helps to obtain practical skills and knowledge from the field of informatics necessary for the study and performance of the paramedic profession. The aim of the subject is to provide students with the widest overview from the field of modern information and communication technologies in the studied area. The practical skills of the students in the area of personal computer science are developed in the exercises. There is a great emphasis placed on mastering the issue of working with a personal computer, working in the LAN computer networks, on applications for personal computer MS Office support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and the use of Internet capabilities and services in processing of assigned topics of seminar papers during the course of study.
