Course content
Forms of exercises: individual, exercises in pairs, groups, frontal education. - motor tests - endurance run - athletic alphabet - acrobatic exercises and tool exercises (beams, climbers, benches, mats, etc.) - circuit training - obstacle course - sports games - compensatory exercise

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The subject is focused on development of motor skills (strength, endurance and speed capabilities, coordination skills and flexibility) and motor skills. Specific methods for the development of physical fitness including basic gymnastics, fitness gymnastics, sports training, sports games and conditional physical education are applied during the course.
- development of physical fitness - development of motor skills - cope with physical stress both in normal and extraordinary conditions in the work of the rescuer - to get basic habits to maintain physical fitness, physical and mental health - to develop the prerequisites for teamwork - to organize the cooperation of teams - to strengthen the will characteristics - to assess complicated or dangerous situation and decide about the solution quickly
Prerequisites
Adequate medical condition enabling increase in physical performance, physical and mental fitness.

Student performance

Passing the motor tests. 100% participation in the exercise.
