The aim of the subject is to get the students aquainted with modern management. It clarifies the correct terminology, various ways of management and provides the students with the knowledge and application of basic maangerial skills.
The student is able to clarigy the role of management and apply basic pribciples and methods of management, knows basic aspects of leadership and team work and is flexible with his managerial competences. |
