basic terms, systems of human resources management, personal management and personal activities in health care, selection of workers, job enrolment, orientation and adaptation, evaluation, termination of work agreement, education and development, career procedures in helath care health, motivtion and rewards, company culture

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to get the students aquainted with the importance of human resources for the efficiency of functioning of an organization.
The student is able to orientate himself in the basic aspects of human resources management and apply these in real life.

Seminar work - creation of a dwescribtion of a work place of the student in a position of a manager of a health care providing institution - max. 5 pages.
