Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as theoretical-practical. It deals with the issues of professional communication in the field of healthcare, such as conflict resolution or the specifics of communication with a passive or manipulative individual.
Students are able to lead a proffessional social communication with other medical staff, patients and their relatives.
