Communication as a term. Social communication on both professional and personal level. Verbal communication, contucting talks. Non-verbalcommunication, distiction and segmentation. Empathy, devaluation and evaluation in communication of helthcare pofessional. Assertivity in healthcare practise. Conflict and its solution. Communication regarding the age level - childhood and ageing.
