- The subject matter of psychology, the position of psychology within the system of social sciences, theories of the psyche, and biological and social determinants of the psyche. - Introduction to the history of psychology. - Personality - structure and functioning of personality. - Cognitive processes. - Emotions. - Motivation. - Introduction to psychopathology and mental hygiene.

Learning outcomes
|
The General Psychology course introduces students to fundamental psychological concepts, psychological processes, and the history of psychology.
