Course content
1.Health documentation, character, content and importance in providing health care. 2.Sources of legal regulation of health documentation, patient's position and other persons in connection with the documentation of health care. 3.Keeping health documentation, national health information system. 4.Physician's health documentation, character, meaning and content. 5.Electronic documentation, photo documentation. Patient's rights to access the documentation. The total hours for the course is 27, of which in-person classes 10 and home-prep classes 17.

Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the documentation of health care, a prerequisite for providing quality care. It introduces the students to the contents of health documentation and to the legal norms defining the framework of health documentation.
