1.Health documentation, character, content and importance in providing health care. 2.Sources of legal regulation of health documentation, patient's position and other persons in connection with the documentation of health care. 3.Keeping health documentation, national health information system. 4.Physician's health documentation, character, meaning and content. 5.Electronic documentation, photo documentation. Patient's rights to access the documentation. Celkový rozsah předmětu je 27 hodin, z toho 10 kontaktních a 17 nekontaktních.

The course is focused on the documentation of health care, a prerequisite for providing quality care. It introduces the students to the contents of health documentation and to the legal norms defining the framework of health documentation.
