Learning outcomes
The course Internal medicine and geriatrics is propaedeutic to internal medicine: a) provide information about leading clinical problems in internal medicine, especially cardiovascular diseases; (b) importance of interdisciplinar approach to therapeutic process and team collaboration; (c) create basic knowledge for clinical assessment and examination; (d) decision-making steps, common clinical situations and emergencies
The aim is to introduce the students to basics of diagnostics and treatment of internal conditions.
