Course content
1.Testing of mimic muscles. 2.Basic principles of Kenny's analytical therapy for peripheral facial nerve paresis. 3.Testing of shoulder blade muscles and muscles of shoulder girdle. 4.Muscle testing of elbow joint area, wrist and acre. The total hours for the course is 54, of which in-person classes 30 and home-prep classes 24.

Learning outcomes
Practical testing of mimic and skeletal muscles of the upper limbs according to principles and criteria established by Kendall and modified by Janda. Basic principles of analytical therapy by Kenny in the peripheral facial nerve paresis.
Students acquire practical knowledge of skeletal muscle testing within peripheral paresis and other diagnoses. In the framework of testing mimic muscles, they gain practical skills for the therapy of peripheral paresis n. facialis according to nurse Kenny's methods.
