1.Methods of computer image data analysis 2.Application programs used in surgeries, PC Doctor 3.Hospital information systems, application programs used in healthcare 4.Presentation programs, creation of computer presentations of lectures, PowerPoint 5.Creating a presentation from the field of Therapeutic rehabilitation and Physiotherapy I. 6.Creating a presentation from the field of Therapeutic rehabilitation and Physiotherapy II. 7.Presentation of the students' seminars papers on the given topic

Learning outcomes
The course curriculum follows the topics of Informatics and Research Methodology Basics I and continues to present the acquired and processed data in PowerPoint program. From the field of application programs, the students will get acquainted with the programs for organizing work in the surgery, keeping the patient card records, record data to the patient documentation, planning the treatment, etc. In this course, they will also learn about image analysis programs focusing on biomedical issues.
The student of physiotherapy will have knowledge of software used in his field to organize work in the workplace, keeping patient's agenda and present new findings. The student gains knowledge of application programs for therapeutic activity. In the field of bibliometry the student will be able to use the methods needed to search for quality information from his field of study.
