- Movement Imagery - with focus on the specific use as diagnostic and therapeutic tool, use of 3D glasses for movement imagery - Psychosomatics - as an interdisciplinary field exploring the relationships among social, psychological, behavioral factors on physical processes and quality of life and vice versa - Speech vs. voice therapy - the possibilities of intervention and cooperation among members of the interdisciplinary team - Breathing techniques - with the specific use for improving and controlling the conditions of a patient as well as therapist - Interdisciplinary approach in pregnancy and post-partum

The Summer School of Physiotherapy addresses the broad concept of the necessity of interdisciplinary approach in the fields of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. In this particular project, there will be focus on movement imagery, psychosomatics, speech therapy, breathing techniques used for improving and controlling the conditions of a patient as well as therapist, and others.
Students have practical insights into the concept of interdiscilinary approach within the wide spectrum of diagnosis treated by PTs and OTs. Students have practical insights into the neurophysiological basis of the Movement Imagery and how to use it in various tasks. Students have practical insights into the role of positive/negative impact of psychosomatics on patients/therapists life. Students have practical insights into the broader therapeutic fields that can have an impact on patients/therapists life/diagnosis. Students gain basic skills in the use of various breathing techniques for altering the patient's mental and physical condition. Students have basic skills within the interdisciplinary coordination of the PT/OT team.
