The course of functional exercise in PT introduces a student into the basic possibilities of physical exercises used in a healthy population with an emphasis on their health benefits.
A student will acquire basic overview in aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, balance and mobility exercises. Further he/she will be able to identify with basic evaluation the key areas in the client and design simple triggered exercise units for specific groups.
