The subject objective is the issue of fyziological and pathofyziological processes of reaction and adaption of selected functional and organ systems on physical load, limits of load, prescription of physical activity and resulting effect in a positive and negative sense. Participants will be introduced to exercise stress diagnostics in clinical practice and in the evaluation of research projects, as well as to the evaluation of prescription of physical (training) activity in the context of prevention and rehabilitation intervention strategies.
