Course content
Topics: - defining qualitative research, basic framework of applying the qualitative approach, - preparation of a research project - selection of the research population in qualitative research - methods of qualitative data collection - methods of processing and analysis of qualitative data - research report; the possibility of publication of qualitative research results - evaluation of research using qualitative approach and methods - ethical aspects of qualitative research.

Learning outcomes
The subject aims to introduce students to qualitative research methods and appropriate research techniques. It highlights the importance and applicability of methods and techniques related to specific research problems in nursing. Students will learn how to design a qualitative research project and conduct all phases of the qualitative research, especiall data collection, the process of analysis and interpretation of qualitative data, including the possibility of publishing the results.
