Course content
Annotation: The course introduces students to basic relaxation techniques with the conditions of their use and practical application in different types of cases. After completing the course student will have an overview of basic relaxation techniques, and he will be able to apply his knowledge to practice. Topics of practical lectures: 1. Introduction to the subject. Classification of relaxation and types of relaxation procedures. 2. Introduction to basic relaxation techniques and their use in individual types of cases. 3. Theoretical presentation and practical training of autogenic training technique. 4. Theoretical presentation and practical training of progressive muscle relaxation technique. 5. Theoretical anchoring of other relaxation and meditation techniques and their practical training. 6. Practical demonstrations of relaxation techniques by students.
