Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce to the students possible applications of psychology in economic areas. The main aim is to present the theory of psychology of management and possibilities of practical implementation. The topics included the course are illustrated on specific practical examples. At the same time, the aim of the course is to motivate the students for further education in this area. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
The student is knowledgeable about the theory of management psychology and practical implementation. The student understands basic relationships in the area of human resource management. The student is motivated for further education in this area. Upon completion of the course the student knows the principles of management psychology and is able to present examples of practical applications.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of general, developmental and social psychology. Knowledge of current economic issues.

Dialog, Seminar Work

Active participation (80%) Submission of a seminar paper on a given topic of management psychology.
