Course content
1. The direction and organization of the structure and composition of a business. 2. The strategies of businesses and a business strategic plan. 3. The marketing of a small business. 4. Supply. 5. Small business sales. 6. Personnel Management. 7. Examples, tests (conditions of achieving the credit).

Learning outcomes
This course focuses on the basic questions of both non-profit and for-profit sport organizations. It is characterized by the overall supply and demand of the marketplace for sport services, including the internal organization of this marketplace in the Czech Republic and within the framework of both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of this course students: - understand basic organizational interconnections; - understand decision-making organizational structures in a firm, - know to judge the advantages and disadvantages of various types of group leadership; - know how to put together a document regarding an effective system for the management of a small business.
Prerequisites
The subject is directly connected to the subject Managerial Economics - so it requires knowledge in this area.

Assessment methods and criteria
Didactic Test

Successful completion of the final written test of knowledge in the field of corporate organization and economics of profit and non-profit sector.
