Course content
1. Introduction to fitness and wellness history, basic concept and its components, wellness paradigm 2. Characteristics of physical activity and its health benefits 3.Approved for PA 4.Individual diagnostics of the client 5.Preparation of the training / exercise program 6. Classic Strengthening vs. Functional training 7. Cardiorespiratory training, training zones 8.PA in a contraindication disease vs. appropriate dosage with respect to FITT parameters 9. Motion analysis, function of muscles and individual muscle groups 10. Infant supplements 11.Monitoring indicators, training diary; web application for training management Alternative concept of fitness (Eastern vs. Western philosophy)

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Projection (static, dynamic), Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
Participation in the lesson is required from 80%. Teaching consists of: 1) group lessons 2) Practical exercises 3) project and presentation of selected topic 4) other additional tasks and exercises The aim of the exam is in addition to verifying the basic orientation of students in the field of fitness examining the ability of practical application of theoretical knowledge in the practical level of working with the client. Furthermore, the student must demonstrate an adequate level of overview in biomedical-oriented areas, and these findings aim at compiling a comprehensive motion / intervention program. The student has to master the basic concepts of sports training (principles, training methods, periodization), contraindicate the physical activity depending on the particular type of health restriction / disease and can implement the client's initial diagnostics, determine the somatotype and lead and motivate the client.

Prerequisites
Prerequisite for successful completion of the subject is knowledge of functional anatomy and locomotive apparatus as well as basic knowledge of physiology. Other aspects from which students can benefit are knowledge of sports training theory, PA prescriptions, healthy lifestyle.

The aim of the subject is to teach the student the creation of a physical program or intervention in order to contribute to the optimization of the individual's movement regime. Furthermore, in connection with a range of biomedical subjects, it is possible to synthesize the knowledge from these areas in a coherent whole, even taking into account different types of diseases (including their contraindications).
