Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Projection (static, dynamic), Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
Participation in the lesson is required from 100%. Teaching consists of: 1) group lessons 2) Practical exercises 3) project and presentation of selected topic 4) other additional tasks and exercises The aim of the exam is in addition to verifying the basic orientation of students in the field of fitness examining the ability of practical application of theoretical knowledge in the practical level of working with the client. Furthermore, the student must demonstrate an adequate level of overview in biomedical-oriented areas, and these findings aim at compiling a comprehensive motion / intervention program. The student has to master the basic concepts of sports training (principles, training methods, periodization), contraindicate the physical activity depending on the particular type of health restriction / disease and can implement the client's initial diagnostics, determine the somatotype and lead and motivate the client.
