Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Observation, Grafic and Art Activities

Learning outcomes
Attendance in class is required at 80%. The instruction consists of: a) group teaching b) practical exercises c) case study presentation d) additional supplementary tasks and exercises The aim of the course is to provide a basic insight into exercise and sports training, and to apply approaches from the field of a healthy lifestyle through one's own practical skills on a specific case. All of this will be contextualized with theoretical knowledge in the areas of fitness, sports training, functional anatomy, exercise prescription, and healthy living, subsequently applying the above in a comprehensive and functioning whole. The main output of the course is a cohesive presentation of a case study in the field of fitness, respecting current trends and innovations in this aread.

Prerequisites
The basic prerequisite for this course is the basic orientation of the students in the field of fitness, the ability to apply practical theoretical knowledge in the practical level of working with the client. Further, the student must demonstrate / demonstrate an adequate level of overview in biomedical-oriented areas, and these findings aim at compiling a comprehensive motion / intervention program. The student has to master the basic concepts of sports training (principles, training methods, periodization), contraindicate the physical activity depending on the particular type of health restriction / disease and can implement the client's initial diagnostics, determine the somatotype and lead and motivate the client.

Oral exam, Student performance, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student, Anamnestic Method

n the context of theoretical knowledge in the areas of fitness, sports training, functional anatomy, exercise prescription, and healthy living, the above will be applied in a comprehensive and functional whole. The main output of the course is a cohesive presentation of a case study in the field of fitness, respecting the current specifics of the client and their exercise preferences.
