Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn how to facilitate and debrief outdoor strategic games, simulations, and semi-structured role-plays. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
After the completion of the course, the student will: - be able to explain terms: outdoor simulation, strategic element, semi-structured game, role-play, learning competence, emotional relation to the subject of learning, identity - use a variety of settings in game and adaptation - be able to adapt the simulations for the purposes of leadership effectiveness of information flow, management of change, and respecting a variety of team roles and competences - know the characteristic features of the three different types of games - know the basics of program sequencing

PRior courses HPPR and HRYP are recommended as useful reference base for completion of the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Systematic Observation of Student, Seminar Work
Active participation. Planning, preparation and leading an outdoor simulation, strategy or semi-structured game. Written a 700 words report on the executed program.
