Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to apprise students with the demands of physiotherapist work. Also the aim is to find out the causes of burnout and apply the prevention methods to common practice.
The student is able to use selected techniques of mental coaching for self-coaching, is able to create and interpret the use of mind maps. He is able to describe the basic characteristics of the burnout syndrome, difficulties and risk areas of physiotherapist work, individual work and team work. The student will develop basic practical skills in working with preventive techniques and techniques focused on psychohygiene and personal development.
Prerequisites
The student must complete physiology 1, psychology 1 and 2 for physiotherapists, rehabilitation propaedeutics and administration in health care. The student is required to have a basic knowledge of the field and the importance of physiotherapy and what physiotherapy solves, as well as the basics of psychology and healthy development of the individual.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student

Active participation in teaching (80%), consultations in case of non-participation, elaboration of a seminar work on a selected topic.
