The course builds on the course Diploma Thesis I. Its aim is to give support to students in their work on the diploma thesis. Seminars will focus on individual theses of students enrolled in the course and will help them to solve methodological problems, work with research sources used in their work including expert articles and case-law of European and international courts. Students will summarise and present to common discussion their interim conclusions. These will be tested with respect to methodological rules and requirement for work with research sources.
