1. System of sport training, Sport performance - structure, factors of sport performance. 2. Training load - components, loading, adaptation. 3. Organisation forms of the sport training; tr. unite: types, structure. 4. Technical preparation in sports training. 5. Tactical preparation in sports training, tactics and strategy in sports competition. 6. Fitness preparation in sports training, relation to other components of the training.. 7. Development of strength capabilities. 8. Development of speed capabilities. 9. Development of endurance capabilities. 10. Development of flexibility. 11. Development of coordination capabilities. 12. Training cycles - annual tr. ccycle etc., training periods, tapering. 13. Training proces control; Tr. programs 14. Sports preparation of youth, Long term athlete development. 15. Sports equipment for the implementation of training units, training camps and other basic organizational forms of sports training. 16. Training of persons with disabilities. Amenities (specific aids) and conditions for training people with disabilities.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to broaden the theoretical knowledge base of sports training and its application to acquire the didactic skills important for conducting the training process. Students will also get an overview of the requirements and specifics of the training of athletes with specific needs and the possibilities of equipping sports facilities for the implementation of the training process.
Upon completion of the course the students have the knowledge of sport performance and training process and its control that enable them to: - Analyze the structure of sport performance and recommend an adequate training plan with respect to a specific training stage, training period and training condition of athletes. - With respect to various training components select suitable training methods adapted to the set objectives, developmental specifics, etc. Students will also acquire the basic didactic skills that are essential for conducting the training process.

Prerequisites

The students are expected to demonstrate knowledge acquired in the courses focused on biomedicine and sport training basis.
