Learning outcomes
|
The main objective of the course is to teach students to orientate themselves in the specifics of fitness training in the sports of handball, football, basketball and volleyball.
The student knows the specifics of fitness training in sports games in terms of endurance, speed strength and coordination abilities and their development by specific means.
