Course content
1. Methodology of basic skills training (individual activities of individual, game combinations): - basketball - floorball - football - handball - volleyball 2. Teaching lesson in sports games

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils
  • Semestral Work - 5 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 6 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 16 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to present to the students educational and didactic approaches to teaching and training sports games including related mental, social and health aspects. Students will know the basic methodology of training skills in sports games (basketball, floorball, football, handball, volleyball) including specific teaching units in sports games. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student: - describe, explain and apply methodologies of skills training in sports games, - know and apply a teaching lesson focused on sports games in practice

Active participation in seminars, seminar paper, practical lecture.
