The course provides a deeper insight into various athletic disciplines and training of disciplines not included in the A courses (discus throwing, pole vault)

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to teach the students about leading, planning and differences in the training of young people and women, and about the means used in the training of various athletic disciplines and athletic means suitable for fitness development in other sports disciplines. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
Upon completion of the course the student is able to produce a training plan for a selected group of athletic disciplines and differentiate the training plan according to the athlete's age and gender. |
