Course content
Survey of the forms of aerobics gymnastics, theory of music, choreography, construct of the exercise unit, English terminology, presentation of the step-aerobic, ball aerobic, slide aerobic and balantes units.

Learning outcomes
To deepen the knowledge and the skills in the content and organization perspektive of basic forms of aerobics gymnastics.
Upon completion the course student is capable to construct a simple exercise unit of aerobic gymnastics. Knows and understands the English terminology used as instructions in exercise units. He/she knows what does it mean step-aerobic and slide.
Prerequisites
Prerequisity: previous passing the course Basic gymnastics (ZAGYM).

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Active participation in seminars and training sessions (80%). Practical requirements ? basic movement (steps) and their terminology, 3 short choreographies (dance aerobics, step aerobics, trampoline aerobics or gymball aerobics, etc.) Seminar paper on a given topic. Completion of assignments in the LMS Unifor system.
