Basic gymnastic exercises and conditioning. Floor - fwd roll, bwd roll, handstand, headstand, cartwheel, etc. Floor - jumps, hops, leaps, pirouettes, choreography in WAG Balance beam - acrobatic elements Balance beam - balance elements, jumps Horizontal bar - conditioning, pull-ups, static strength Horizontal bar - basic elements, upswing, etc. Vault - basic vaults - squat jump, straddle jump Vault - mini-trampoline (forward salto) Pommel horse - basics, conditioning Still rings - basics, conditioning

Výstupy z učení
|
The goal of this subject is to acknowledge students with basic gymnastic skills on different apparatuses of men´s (vault, parallel bars, pommel horse, floor, still rings, horizontal bar) and women´s (vault, uneven bar, balance beam, floor) artistic gymnastics.
Student learns basic gymnastic elements, gains basics of exercising on different apparatuses in MAG and WAG.

Písemná zkouška, Analýza výkonů studenta
1. Class attendance (80%) 2. Perform a routine (contains min. 6 elements) on floor, balance beam (only women), horizontal bar (only men) and two different vaults. 3. Written test
