The seminar and the topic of the paper are chosen by the student in cooperation with his/her supervisor. To receive credit, the student prepares and then presents a spoken paper in English at the seminar. If the spoken paper is presented in English in the context of a Professional Seminar 1 or Professional Seminar 2 course, the instructor must be present in order to assess the level of English language proficiency and to recognize the completion of the course.
