Learning outcomes
The course focuses on a deeper understanding of the concept of operationalizing a goal into research hypotheses or research questions. Students are presented with a flowchart of rationalization procedures in constructing a research study methodology. The course emphasizes the methodological specifics of research in Kinanthropology with relevant limiting factors. Research questions and hypotheses; Study validity and research design, types of designs, specifics in kinanthropology; Research population, types of samples and specifics in kinanthropology, sample size determination; Research methods and techniques; Psychometric properties of subjective data collection techniques; Selection of statistical methods and procedures and their use in IBM SPSS and STATISTICA software.
