Introduction to Military Psychology Psychologist in the military and psychological service AČR, possibilities of use of psychologists in military Requirements for Military Professionals Load and stress as natural aspects of military professional environment Psychological aspects of decision making and action in a combat situation Troubleshooting, decision, negotiation and people management and teams in tough conditions Principles and methods of maintenance and regeneration of psychophysical and mental condition in a military environment Organization of individual competencies for coping and stress in a military environment Individual and team coping Mentally hygienic practices in the activities of the military professional

Learning outcomes
To acquaint students with military psychology and its application in practice. Demonstrate basic areas, which deals with military psychology. To acquaint students with the possibilities of using psychologists in the military.
The student can explain the principles of coping and stress of combat; can list the possibilities of survival in areas of armed conflicts and natural or humanitarian disasters
